a student of margaret schindler and master of music studies graduate, jo willans is one of the most stylish girls of the 10divas jo has starred in numerous leading roles in musical theatre, including marion in the music man, grace in annie and was the soprano soloist in st. john’s passion. jo has been the musical director for the national shakespeare festival and has also been musical director for various parishes around australia.  she is also our very own qualified musicologist, having gained her degree with first class honours at the australian national university. she has guest-lectured for various universities and summer schools and loves to teach at her studio, the naked voice, and for the young conservatorium programme. a farm-girl from boorowa nsw, jo is our own “mcleod’s daughter”, and is the 10divas’ green-guru. she loves to pull on her wellies and work in her vegie patch.
